*Working days for refund processing are 

Monday-Friday, except holidays.

 

 

  • *Processing of all credit card payments will depend on the acquiring bank
  • *Reflection of the payment reversal will depend on the bank's internal process. You may follow up with the bank for their respective lead times.
  • *For COD (Cash on Delivery Payments), refunds will be done via online store voucher. Online vouchers can only be used through the online store.
  • *Refunds for online transactions can only be processed online and not in the physical branches.
  • *Toby’s Store branches would not be able to provide a cash refund for online orders.
